''Love Songs for the Retarded'' is the second full-length album by pop punk band The Queers. Released in 1993 by Lookout! Records, the album incorporated similar music structure from their last album ''Grow Up'', making it sound more pop punk than raw punk rock. Ben Weasel of the Screeching Weasel wrote two songs with Joe Queer for the album, which were "I Can't Stop Farting" and "Fuck the World". Ben's band later recorded his version of "Fuck the World", which was later included on the re-release of their album ''Wiggle''. In 2006, The Queers rescinded their master rights from Lookout! due to unpaid royalties. Later that year, they signed to Asian Man Records and reissued ''Love Songs for the Retarded'' on CD and LP. ''Love Songs for the Retarded'' is The Queers' highest-selling album, having sold over 100,000 copies.〔("Love Songs for the Retarded Asian Man Records" )〕 ==Track listing== All songs written by Joe King, except as noted. # "You're Tripping" – 1:51 # "Ursula Finally Has Tits" – 2:26 # "I Hate Everything" – 1:20 # "Teenage Bonehead" – 2:14 # "Fuck the World" (King, Weasel) – 2:31 (Printed as "Fuck This World" on original Lookout! release) # "I Can't Stop Farting" (King, Weasel) – 1:42 # "Feeling Groovy" – 2:18 # "Debra Jean" – 3:35 # "Hi Mom, It's Me" – 0:58 # "Noodlebrain" – 2:25 # "I Can't Stand You" (Parasite) – 1:14 # "Night of the Livid Queers" – 2:18 # "Granolahead" – 2:22 # "I Won't Be" – 2:07 # "Monster Zero" – 2:16 # "Daydreaming" – 3:50 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Love Songs for the Retarded」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
